Mothership for Speedo Olympic Team

Speedo, Pentland Group

With the idea of letting no great opportunity go to waste, with 15 members of their Olympic Team all in one place, Speedo tapped the skills of Mothership to arrange the production support of this ambitious shoot. On site in Saga, Japan, over the course of two days, this production brought an extensive team of local technical talent together to support the visiting four photographers and underwater videographers shooting simultaneously on deck and underwater. Video campaign imagery, still campaign imagery, and a massive amount of social media assets were generated in an incredibly short period of time and formed the foundation of all final deliverables. Although the three 18Ks running non-stop near the water presented the greatest worry, the real obstacle turned out be having enough coffee to keep it all running. For a deeper look click here.

Mothership presents "Creative Near and Far"

Creatives

Since its inception, Mothership has been more focused upon the delivery of production services, but over time we have come to realize that we most appreciate the relationships formed while working in partnership with creatives to bring their concepts to life in the final productions.

In an effort to engender greater interest in the artists both in Tokyo and traveling to Tokyo, those working both locally and remotely, we would like to shift some focus away from only production services, to the efforts of those we work with collaboratively and to the promotion of their ever-growing contributions to the visual community worldwide.

We hope that you will enjoy their work as much as we do.
